Oshlet is a fictional celestial body in the Dragon Ball franchise, located within Universe 11. The planet is first mentioned in the thirtieth chapter of the Dragon Ball Super manga series, originally published 21 November 2017 in the January 2018 issue of Shueisha's V-Jump magazine.
General Overview

Toppo, having recently been summoned by the Universe 11 God of Destruction Vermoud, catches up with many of the other Pride Troopers currently engaged in battle on Planet Bath. The planet is some undetermined (but seemingly far) distance from Planet Toile, where Jiren is currently battling "Oshlet" aliens (オシュレット星人 Oshuretto-seijin) that have recently escaped the Galactic Prison. Jiren arrives on Bath soon after, and Dispo is surprised that he flew all the way there himself rather than taking a spaceship.[1]
Name
When examined alongside "Planet Bath" likely taking its name directly from the Japanese approximation of the English word "bath" (バス basu), as well as "Planet Toile" likely being sourced from the French "toilette" (トワレ toware), the "Oshlet" (オシュレット oshuretto) race is likely a play on "washlet" (ウォッシュレット uosshuretto).
Similar to "Namekians" (ナメック星人 namekku-seijin) implying the existence of beings from a "Planet Namek", or "Rittons" (リット星人 ritto-seijin) implying the existence of beings from a "Planet Ritto", so too would "Oshlets" (オシュレット星人 oshuretto-seijin) imply the existence of a "Planet Oshlet".
The name is rendered as "Oslet" in Viz's English translation of the manga.[2]
