Satan City is a fictional location in the world of Dragon Ball by Akira Toriyama. It was introduced in Dragon Ball Chapter 421 as a city some distance away from the Son family home but where Son Gohan could attend high school. The site is located in sector B-4, inland in the eastern side of Dragon World's major continent. A mountain range separates the city from the ocean.
General Overview
Located on the east coast of sector B-4, Satan City is an inland metropolis with Western-style architecture. Originally called "Orange Star City", the early history of the region is unknown. Some time prior to Age 767, Mister Satan came to live in the city with his daughter, Videl. After his "victory" at the Cell Games, the area was renamed in honor of humanity's savior. While some locations, such as Satan City Bank, took on the regions's new name, others (such as Orange Star High School) kept the prior naming convention.[1]
