"Super Vegeta" is the three hundred and seventy-eighth chapter of the Dragon Ball manga series by Akira Toriyama. It was first published in Japan in the 1992 #28 issue of Shueisha's Weekly Shōnen Jump.
Summary
Cell clutches his stomach, as Vegeta punches him again and knocks him back a bit. Cell hops back to his feet though and punches at Vegeta. But Vegeta catches his arm, and slams him into the ground. Cell gets up, and Vegeta kicks him, sending Cell flying through a nearby mountain. Kuririn is flying along with the controller, and says Vegeta's ki is even bigger than Cell's, and he heads off toward them. Vegeta flies over to Cell, still in the rubble, and Cell gets up and says he'll get serious now too. Vegeta says he'd already thought Cell was being serious. Cell chuckles, and then starts powering up.
Gohan is trying to become a Super Saiyan, but Goku tells him he's just raising his ki. He needs to get angry, but Gohan says he can't. Goku tells him to imagine that he or Piccolo are getting killed by Cell, but Gohan says he's never seen Cell. So Goku tells him to picture Freeza. Gohan tries, but he fails. Goku says it was hard for him and Vegeta too, so here's no need to rush. Meanwhile, Cell has finished powering up, and Vegeta says that's quite a battle power, but something's wrong. Kuririn is over the island, and realizes it's Vegeta and Cell fighting. Cell flies over to Vegeta and punches him in the face, knocking Vegeta back a bit, but not off his feet. Vegeta straightens up, smirks, and realizes that's Cell's level. Cell doesn't believe he's really Vegeta. "I'm not. I'm Super Vegeta."
