"On Your Knees, Cell! I am Super Vegeta!!" is the one hundred and fifty-sixth episode of the Japanese animated television series Dragon Ball Z. The episode first aired in Japan on Fuji TV on 09 September 1992, receiving a ratings share of 21.0%. It was written by Sumio Uetake and directed by Shigeyasu Yamauchi.
Synopsis
Cell takes an unexpected amount of damage from Vegeta's blow. After training in the Room of Spirit and Time, Vegeta has become strong enough to easily handle Cell's counterattacks. Even Kuririn is shocked at Vegeta's power, having arrived at the scene after taking the artificial humans' emergency stop controller from Bulma. Cell finally fights with his power to full throttle, but even this power has no effect on Vegeta. Before a astonished Cell, Vegeta calls himself "Super Vegeta".
