"Heavy Infantry Angel-kun" is the first chapter (of six total) of the Go! Go! Ackman cel comic sequel manga series written by Takao Koyama, illustrated by Satoru Iriyoshi, and with editorial supervision by Akira Toriyama. It was exclusively published in Japan in the November 1994 issue of Shueisha's V-Jump magazine, released 21 September 1994.[1]
The Go! Go! Ackman cel comic sequel manga series continues onward from Toriyama's original 11-chapter manga series (published over the course of 1993-1994 in the same magazine), coinciding with and promoting the first Go! Go! Ackman video game for the Nintendo Super Famicom.
Summary

Ackman's father has received a phone call from the Great Demon King: they've been too lax in collecting souls, so Ackman needs to get out there and get back to work! Ackman feigns a headache, but is yelled at stop pretending to be sick.
As they sit on a park bench, Ackman complains about being sent out just because his dad got scolded. Gordon says there is a wide variety of people to choose from, so they should get killing! Ackman suddenly overhears a young girl discussing with a friend how her brother was in a car accident last night; the other driver died, but her own brother is OK. Ackman has an idea: they should scout out the hospital, since there is the potential for lots of death (and therefore souls) there! Gordon says that souls of humans who die in a hospital aren't worth much, but Ackman figures something is better than nothing. It's time to go!
Ackman and Gordon find a huge hospital, but just as they are about to rush in, they are greeted by their usual Angel adversary... this time decked out in a full combat suit. We won't allow Ackman to come here and steal souls! Ackman recognizes the voice as the Angel describes they learned their lesson from before, and with this outfit, they can even deflect bullets. And he has 100,000 horsepower jet boots! And he'll never let his target escape with this sensor in his helmet! And on top of all that, he has a rocket launcher on his back! Ackman, a little shocked, wonders what's different about the Angel this time. The Angel continues to yell for Ackman to stop, and that he won't let him inside this hospital! The Angel yells for Ackman to die as he prepares to fire!
The rocket is too heavy, though, and the Angel falls over sideways, pointing the rocket down to the ground, where it explodes... taking out the entire hospital in the process.
Some time later, both the Angel and Ackman are bandaged up in makeshift hospital beds. The Angel says they'll consider it a draw, while the doctor in charge needs to be held back as he waves a hammer around screaming that he'll kill them both.
