Dragon Ball Z Part 2 No. 13 is the twenty-second issue of Viz's "Dragon Ball Z" monthly comics, the original English-language printing of the Dragon Ball manga. It was released in December 1999 alongside the twenty-second issue of the "Dragon Ball"-branded chapters. The full color and limited color pages in chapter 237 are printed here in greyscale.

The title page of chapter 234 is repurposed as a title page for chapter 237 on page 1 in its original black and white. The title pages for chapters 237 and 238 are omitted.
Cover Illustration
This issue's Akira Toriyama cover illustration was drawn for "Jump Carddass" in the 1991 #03/04 issue of Shueisha's Weekly Shōnen Jump. This issue featured chapters 305 and 306 and went on sale on 19 December 1990 in Japan. The illustration gets a quarter-page reproduction in Dragon Ball Daizenshuu 1 ("The Complete Illustrations")[1] and a smaller reproduction in Dragon Ball Chōgashū ("A Visual History").[2] In both of these reproductions, Goku's hand extends across the spine to the opposite page.

Page 32 is an advertisement for A Chinese Ghost Story: The Tsui Hark Animation. This ad is reproduced on the page for "Dragon Ball" Part 2-3.
Page 33 is an advertisement for Ranma ½ merchandise. This ad is reproduced on the page for "Dragon Ball" Part 2-2.
