K-625 is the Kanzenshuu catalogue number assigned to an unreleased piece of background music (BGM) composed by Shunsuke Kikuchi for Dragon Ball: A Mystical Great Adventure. The film premiered at Tōei Manga Matsuri on 09 July 1988.

Overview

K-625 is the first iteration of Chiaotzu's theme in Dragon Ball Movie 3. It has some elements meant to evoke Chinese traditional music, such as the pentatonic movement in the melody and the way the violin imitates the erhu; however K-625 has a more "Western" accompaniment than later iterations of the theme. It is given the title "Chaozu's Theme, Part 1" on The Suburbs of kenisu's Magicant,[1] the most common source for fan titles of Kikuchi's compositions.
