"Youth on the Run (Part 3)" is the two hundred and nineteenth chapter of the Dr. Slump manga series by Akira Toriyama. It was first published in Japan in the 1984 #22 issue of Shueisha's Weekly Shōnen Jump.
This chapter was published as the two hundred and seventeenth chapter in all collected volumes. Chapters 209 and 212 were moved to Tankōbon Volume 18 in order to avoid splitting up this six-part story at the end of Tankōbon Volume 17, and all subsequent collected volumes followed suit though the opposite effect resulted in the kanzenban edition.
