"The 'Who's-the-Strongest-in-the-World?' Tournament!!" is the sixteenth individual tankōbon volume of the Japanese manga series Dr. Slump. This volume comprises chapters 179-185, 187, and 189-193 as originally serialized in Weekly Shōnen Jump, 1983 #32 to 1983 #38, 1983 #40, and 1983 #42 to 1983 #46. The volume was first available in print on 10 January 1985. The entire volume is printed in greyscale.

Chapter 186 and Chapter 188 were moved to this volume to avoid splitting up the four-part story "The High School Baseball Tournament" at the end of Volume 15. This chapter order is maintained in all subsequent collected volumes, namely the Big Volumes and the Kanzenban.
