This volume comprises chapters 105 thru 119 as originally serialized in Weekly Shōnen Jump, 1987 #05 to 1987 #19, and retains their original color artwork. The volume's cover illustration was drawn by Akira Toriyama exclusively for this release, which was also included in the volume as an insert poster.
