Dragon Ball Part 3 No. 11 is the thirty-eighth issue of Viz's Dragon Ball Monthly Comics, the original English-language printing of the Dragon Ball manga. It was released in April 2001 alongside the thirty-eighth issue of the "Dragon Ball Z"-branded chapters. The full-color and limited-color pages of chapter 75 are printed here in greyscale.

The title page of chapter 73 is repurposed as a title page for chapter 75 on page 1 in its original black and white. The full-color title page of chapter 75 is used for the cover of this issue. The title page for chapter 76 is omitted.
Cover Illustration
This issue's Akira Toriyama cover illustration was drawn for the title page of chapter 75. The illustration gets small reproductions in Dragon Ball Daizenshuu 1 ("The Complete Illustrations")[1] and Dragon Ball Chōgashū ("A Visual History").[2]
Advertisements
Page 32 is an advertisement for "Dragon Ball" and "Dragon Ball Z" monthly comics and volumes 1-5 (Viz Graphic Novels). This ad is reproduced on the page for "Dragon Ball" Part 3-10.
The inside of the back cover is an advertisement for a Sailor Moon special feature from Animerica.
