Dragon Ball Z Part 3 No. 10 is the thirty-third issue of Viz's "Dragon Ball Z" monthly comics, the original English-language printing of the Dragon Ball manga. It was released in November 2000 alongside the thirty-third issue of the "Dragon Ball"-branded chapters. All pages in this issue were originally printed in black and white.

Cover Illustration
This issue's Akira Toriyama cover illustration was drawn for an insert poster for the 1989 #13 issue of Shueisha's Weekly Shōnen Jump, which contained Dragon Ball Chapter 213 and went on sale on 28 February 1989 in Japan. The illustration gets a half-page reproduction in Dragon Ball Daizenshuu 1 ("The Complete Illustrations")[1] and a third-page reproduction in Dragon Ball Chōgashū ("A Visual History").[2]

Page 32 is an advertisement for Dragon Ball Z Volume 2 (Viz Graphic Novels). This ad is reproduced on the page for "Dragon Ball" Part 3-6.
The inside of the back cover is an advertisement for the "Dragon Ball Z Specialty Store" at www.japanimation.com. This ad is reproduced on the page for "Dragon Ball Z" Part 3-4.
The back cover is a full-color advertisement for various Pioneer releases featuring Cardcaptor Sakura.
