Dragon Ball Part 3 No. 4 is the thirty-first issue of Viz's Dragon Ball Monthly Comics, the original English-language printing of the Dragon Ball manga. It was released in September 2000 alongside the thirty-first issue of the "Dragon Ball Z"-branded chapters. The full-color and limited-color pages in chapter 62 are printed here in greyscale.

The title page of chapter 60 is repurposed as a title page for chapter 61 on page 1 in its original black and white. The full-color title of chapter 62 appears on page 16 in greyscale, though the full color version was used for the cover of the previous issue. The title page of chapter 61 is omitted.
Page 8 is an interstitial page taken from Dragon Ball Volume 6. It depicts Sun Wukong and Goku standing side by side.

This issue's Akira Toriyama cover illustration is a full-color panel from Dragon Ball Chapter 62.
Advertisements
The inside of the back cover is an advertisement for Dragon Ball Volume 1 and Dragon Ball Z Volume 1 (Viz Graphic Novels).
