Believe it or not, I wouldn't mind an American company like Dreamworks or Universal doing it (for a CGI adaptation), as long as the character designs were at least close to the original, and the story was (if not identical) at least "Toriyama-esque".

It's a resin made (or at least sold by) by Djfungshing. But it is a rip off of the pose of the gashapon buu. Many resin figures do this. I'm pretty sure it is one of the older resins so it isn't that great looking close up.
