"Chaos Reigns at the Tenka'ichi Budōkai" is the fifty-first chapter of the Dragon Ball manga series by Akira Toriyama. It was first published in Japan in the 1985 #51 issue of Shueisha's Weekly Shōnen Jump.
Summary
The announcer cannot believe what is going on and informs everyone that Goku has turned into a giant monkey! Jackie Chun freaks out, since Goku has broken free of his Bankoku-Bikkuri-Shō.
