OG73-I, occasionally referred to simply as "Seven-Three", is a fictional character in the Dragon Ball franchise, debuting as prisoner and escapee of the Galactic Patrol in the Dragon Ball Super manga-original "Galactic Patrol Prisoner arc" in chapter 50, albeit unnamed at first.

Biography

Seven-Three is an emotionless artificial being, and can copy the abilities of another person for thirty minutes simply by grabbing them by the neck.[1]
