"Dr. Slump 3" is the third "Perfect Edition" (kanzenban) volume of the Japanese manga series Dr. Slump. This volume comprises chapters 34 thru 49 as originally serialized in Weekly Shōnen Jump, 1980 #38 to 1981 #01, and retains their original color artwork.

The volume's cover illustrations were drawn by Akira Toriyama exclusively for this release. The front cover features Suppaman and the back cover features Parzan.
