"Dr. Slump Kanzenban 4" is the fourth "Perfect Edition" (kanzenban) volume of the Japanese manga series Dr. Slump. This volume comprises chapters 50 thru 65 as originally serialized in Weekly Shōnen Jump, 1981 #02/03 to 1981 #19.
The kanzenban edition retains the original color artwork, and the cover illustrations were drawn by Akira Toriyama exclusively for this release. The front cover features Kinoko Sarada and a member of the Fly Milk Gang; the back cover features Drampire, her servant, and Franken. The volume was first available in print on 04 December 2006.
