"Dr. Slump Kanzenban 3" is the third "Perfect Edition" (kanzenban) volume of the Japanese manga series Dr. Slump. This volume comprises chapters 34 thru 49 as originally serialized in Weekly Shōnen Jump, 1980 #38 to 1981 #01.

The kanzenban edition retains the original color artwork, and the cover illustrations were drawn by Akira Toriyama exclusively for this release. The front cover features Suppaman and the back cover features Parzan. The volume was first available in print on 02 November 2006.
