"Muscle Tower's End!!" is the sixty-sixth chapter of the Dragon Ball manga series by Akira Toriyama. It was first published in Japan in the 1986 #16 issue of Shueisha's Weekly Shōnen Jump.
Summary
Goku keeps demanding White return the mayor, but White takes off his sweater and prepares to fight. White swings at Goku, but Goku ducks and lightly kicks White in the shin. It hurts, and White is mad now. White does the old "look over there" trick, and punches Goku in the gut while his head is turned. It does not bother Goku, though, and Goku decides to show him a real punch. White bounces off the ceiling and lands behind his control desk. While back there, White spots his Powered Gun, and smirks.
White stands up and admits defeat, then goes into the next room and lets the mayor free. Goku tells the mayor that he and Hacchan are there to save him, and he beat up all of this bad guy's friends. Then White pulls the Powered Gun out of his back pocket and puts it to the mayor's head, and Hacchan begs him to stop. Goku says that is dirty and White laughs at his misfortune. Then, the mayor suddenly shouts out that he does not mind dying; just beat this guy up and bring peace to the village. Goku decides to do just that, but the mayor says, "B-but... If you could, I would be happy if you could rescue me as well..."
White tells Goku to turn around, and Goku does so. White then fires off the Powered Gun, hitting Goku in the back of the head and knocking him out. Hacchan screams "Songoku!!!!" as White laughs with glee. White prepares to fire off a finishing shot at Goku, but Hacchan runs in the way and takes the shot himself, unaffected. Hacchan is really pissed now, and he puts his anti-violence policies aside to punch White straight through the tower wall, way out into the snow. Hacchan picks up Goku, who is sore but not dead, and explains how he was not really hurt by the shot since he is an Artificial Human. Goku, Hacchan, and the village mayor all head down to the base of the tower back toward the village, with Goku complimenting Hacchan's strength on the way down. As they come outside, Goku says he is hungry, and they all laugh as they tread though the snow.
