Iwen's body conceals intense emotions which are contrary to his cuddly appearance.[1][4] Iwen's name is likely a rearrangement of the Japanese transliteration of "wine" (ワイン wain), an alcoholic beverage made from fermented grapes. His name pun follows the theme of Gods of Destruction and Angels being named after alcoholic beverages.[3]
Awamo is an Angel whose high level grants extraordinary sensory capabilities.[1] Awamo's name is likely derived from Awamori (泡盛), a distilled alcoholic beverage made from long grain indica rice and unique to Okinawa, Japan.[3]
