"The Winner is Decided!!!" is the four hundred and fifty-fourth chapter of the Dragon Ball manga series by Akira Toriyama. It was first published in Japan in the 1994 #07 issue of Shueisha's Weekly Shōnen Jump.
Summary
The crowd is chanting "SATAN" and "EIGHTEEN", as the announcer goes on about them being the final two contestants, but Satan is quite worried.
