"Kame-Sen'nin's Kamehameha!!" is the fourteenth chapter of the Dragon Ball manga series by Akira Toriyama. It was first published in Japan in the 1985 #14 issue of Shueisha's Weekly Shōnen Jump.
Summary
The Turtle Hermit surveys the situation, and then calls the Ox Demon King over. He lectures the Ox Demon King about killing people to protect his treasure, and the Ox Demon King cries and says he was overcome by greed; his treasure does not matter, so long as the fire is extinguished. Oolong is amazed that the Ox Demon King is apologizing. The Turtle Hermit nudges Goku about their agreement, and so Goku, the Turtle Hermit, and Bulma all go aside. The Turtle Hermit explains to her about their deal, so that he will put out the fire. If he does not put out the flames, she cannot get the "whatever" ball. Bulma is angry at Goku for saying too much. Goku says it is just poking her chest, and she yells at him to shut up. But she still agrees, if Muten Rōshi actually can extinguish the fire. He then makes her pinky swear she will do it. Now, the Turtle Hermit will put out the fire.
The Turtle Hermit takes off his shirt and shell, revealing his scrawny body. He asks Bulma if he is sexy, but only gets a dirty look. He needs a boost from Goku to get up on the ledge, and then he begins. After two panels of bulking up, he goes from a bony old coot into a huge mass of muscle. The Ox Demon King realizes Muten Rōshi-sama is using his Kamehameha. Yamcha has also heard of the Kamehameha, and he explains its mechanics to Pu'er.
The Turtle Hermit positions his hands together, and aims them at the flame-engulfed Mount Frypan. "Ka...me...ha...me...ha!" A huge beam comes out of his hands, and he fires it at the mountain. Goku, Bulma, Oolong, the Ox Demon King, Pu'er, Yamcha, and Chi-Chi are all amazed, and then it is done. With his work done, the Turtle Hermit sits down to rest. The Ox Demon King points out that while the fire has been extinguished, so has the mountain and the castle. The Turtle Hermit nervously admits he overdid it, and everyone falls over.
