Dr. Slump: Arale-chan—Hello, Wonder Island! is the first theatrical film of the Japanese animated television series Dr. Slump: Arale-chan. The movie premiered as part of the 1981 "Toei Cartoon Festival" (Toei Manga Matsuri) on 18 July 1981, along with two other films: One Hundred and One Dalmatians and Taiyo Sentai Sun Vulcan. It was written by Toshiki Inoue[a] and directed by Minoru Okazaki.
