"A Rival? Arrival!!" is the twenty-fifth chapter of the Dragon Ball manga series by Akira Toriyama. It was first published in Japan in the 1985 #25 issue of Shueisha's Weekly Shōnen Jump.
Summary
The Turtle Hermit decides to test Goku (to see if he knows the right kind of gal), so he holds up a picture of an ugly girl and a cute girl and asks Goku which one is better looking. Goku thinks it is a hard decision, and the Turtle Hermit takes the picture of the cute girl and tells Goku to bring back one like this. So, Goku leaves again, and the Turtle Hermit runs behind the house and hides in case it is another ugly one.
