"Universal Creation at an End - A Brand New World Is Born!" is the thirty-second episode of the Japanese promotional animated web series Super Dragon Ball Heroes and the tenth episode of the Universe Creation arc. This episode was released directly to the web on 25 February 2021. The episode was written by Atsuhiro Tomioka and directed by Keitarō Nakajima.

Synopsis

A fierce fight unfolds between Vegetto: Xeno and Fu. The light emitted by the Universe Tree gathers in Fu’s right hand and forms an ominous orb. Is this the birth of a new universe...?

Ambitions clash in a super climactic battle with the fate of all existence at stake. Who will come out on top?![1]
