"A Message for the Revived People of Earth" is the five hundred and fiveteenth chapter of the Dragon Ball manga series by Akira Toriyama. It was first published in Japan in the 1995 #19 issue of Shueisha's Weekly Shōnen Jump.
Summary
The Earth has been restored to its previous peaceful state, as it was before it was destroyed by Boo. Porunga wants the second wish, and so Dende relays it.
