"Rescuing Gohan and the Others! Goku and Vegeta's Infiltration Mission!" is the is the one hundred and forty-eighth episode of the Japanese animated television series Dragon Ball Kai. The episode first aired in Japan on Fuji TV on 05 April 2009, receiving a ratings share of 6.8%.
Synopsis
Buu absorbs Vegetto!! Satan is dumbfounded when Dende tells him it's the end of the world. But Elder Kaiōshin has noticed something: Buu's appearance hasn't changed at all. It turns out that Vegetto put up a barrier right before being absorbed. Inside Buu's body, Vegetto's absorption breaks down, and Vegeta breaks his Potara. His pride won't allow him to fuse with his arch-rival Goku again, even if it's to fight Buu. The two search for everyone who was absorbed and finally discover Gohan, Goten, Piccolo, and Trunks in Buu's head. Gohan and the others are still alive. As Goku and Vegeta tear out the "fleshy cocoons" to rescue Gohan and co., Buu reverts to his previous form. Then Vegeta discovers another cocoon. It turns out to be the fat Majin Buu which Babidi revived, the one who was then absorbed by his own evil side. The current Buu then appears behind Goku and Vegeta. The two of them become Super Saiyans and fight, but Buu is invincible so long as he's inside his own body.
