OG73-I, occasionally referred to simply as "Seven-Three", is a fictional character in the Dragon Ball franchise, debuting as prisoner and escapee of the Galactic Patrol in the Dragon Ball Super manga-original "Galactic Patrol Prisoner arc" in chapter 50, albeit unnamed at first.
Biography
Seven-Three is an emotionless (though capable of speech) artificial being[note 1], created on a planet with advanced technology. A killing machine with infinite stamina, he obeys his allies' orders. Seven-Three can copy the abilities of another person for thirty minutes simply by grabbing them by the neck; these abilities are just as strong as those of the user he steals them from, which just adds on to his own impressive strength.[1] While Seven-Three can hold three sets of identities in stock,[2] he can only use one at a time.[3]
