"Grand Adventure with the Time Slipper・What Kind of Egg Is It?!" is the third episode of the Japanese animated television series Dr. Slump: Arale-chan. The episode first aired in Japan on Fuji TV on 22 April 1981. The episode was written by Shun'ichi Yukimuro and directed by Akinori Nagaoka.
This episode has two distinct parts: Part A adapts Dr. Slump manga Chapter 10: "The Time Slipper" and Part B adapts Chapter 11: "What Kind of Egg Is It?". Part B has its own prologue and title card.
Synopsis
Senbei is very happy to have invented a Time Slipper that can take him to any era he wants. However he inadvertently sends Arale to the Sengoku Period! The next time slip is to primitive times, where Arale & co. make friends with primitive children. They receive a mysterious egg as a souvenir, and when they heat it up, they find that...![1]
