Her Dragon Radar is unparalleled in terms of accuracy, and Commander Red would literally kill to get his hands on it. Bulma's latest invention shrinks users to a fraction of their normal size. Launch has the good looks to drive Master Roshi crazy, but there's more to this beauty than meets the eye. If her hair is blue, she's sweet and innocent, but every time she sneezes, Launch's locks go blonde and her personality shifts from demure to dangerous.
Depending on how you look at it, Launch either picked the best or worst time to sneeze in the latest installment of the Dragon Ball saga. Although the two warriors initially have an adversarial relationship, they form a strong bond during the course of their grueling training. Krillin is a skilled fighter and a loyal friend.
Enemy Profiles
The Red Ribbon Army is a paramilitary organization headed by the maniacal Commander Red and his right hand man, Officer Black. Feared throughout the world for his cutthroat tactics, Commander Red will stop at nothing to get his hands on the magic Dragon Balls and summon Shenron. Originally he relies on his own Dragon Radar, but he soon discovers that Bulma's version is far more precise. Enraged, Commander Red orders several of his most trusted men to track down Goku, kill him, and confiscate the advanced radar.
Despite Commander Red's incredible wealth and power, he appears hell-bent on acquiring a magic Dragon Wish, leading to speculation over what more could conceivably want - and who he's willing to kill to get it.
General White is the madman at the top of Muscle Tower and the leader of the Red Ribbon Army's northern forces. As ordered by Commander Red, General White forces the peaceful citizens of Jingle Village to spend their days digging through snow banks in search of a missing Dragon Ball. Should they fail, the villages will be killed, but if they succeed in locating the magic orb - well, they'll likely still be killed. (This is the Red Ribbon Army after all.)
After Goku is rescued by Suno, he decides to help out his new friend by infiltrating Muscle Tower and rescuing the Village Chief. While fighting his way to the top of the chilly fortress, Goku encounters sinister henchmen such as massive Major Metallitron (guardian of the third floor) and the deadly Ninja Murasaki (the fourth floor assassin).
Considered the strongest member of the Red Ribbon Army, General Blue's overwhelming arrogance is surpassed only by his impressive fighting abilities. He outlives most of his comrades, and he's the lone soldier strong enough to last five minutes in a fair fight with Goku.
General Blue's pursuit of the Dragon Radar is relentless, running the gamut between high-speed aerial chases and underwater excursions plagued by booby-trapped caverns and a deadly Pirate Android.
Ultimately, General Blue's failure to collect the seven Dragon Balls results in a death match with Mercenary Tao. the most feared assissin on the planet. Depsite the general's ability to temporarily paralyze opponents, the lopsided fight is short-lived, as not even Goku has the skills required to best Tao - yet.
