Summary
Prologue
Goku and Kuririn are on a mission to find a pichi-pichi gal for the Turtle Hermit so that they can become his pupils. As they fly over farmland, Goku notices that there are not many people around, so Kuririn suggests they fly a little lower. Goku takes Kinto'un down quickly, and Kuririn struggles to hang on. He reminds Goku that if he loses his grip, he will fall, but Goku tells him that if he did not have bad thoughts, he would be able to ride Kinto'un. Kuririn is offended, but then Goku spots someone on the ground. He asks Kuririn if he thinks the old man will like that one, but Kuririn tells him that is a man. Goku is impressed that Kuririn can tell just by looking. Kuririn thinks Goku is joking, but Goku tells him that he has to touch people to see if they have a winkie or not. Kuririn hastens to inform Goku that he is a boy.
Part A

In a desert land of cacti, ragtime piano music drifts from an isolated saloon situated between two palm trees. Wind and sand buffet the small building, and a sign with the letters WBC swings over the saloon door. Inside the dusty room, men drink and socialize. Animal heads and wanted posters adorn the walls.[a] A tall bounty hunter points his gun at the poster behind the bar for the blonde criminal Lunch, and then he asks his short partner if she is really coming here. Another man kicks over his chair to stand up quickly. An especially short man assures the bounty hunter that she is said to have ravaged the next town over and was seen heading this way. The short partner asks the tall partner if they will be okay; it is said that Lunch does not even leave behind one blade of grass when she strikes. The tall partner tells him not to get so shaken up over a single woman, and to think about that reward money instead.

Just then, the saloon doors slam open. The tall bounty hunter turns around and aims his gun, and everyone else turns around. A beautiful young lady is at the door, complaining about the wind. She just conditioned her hair yesterday. The tall man is disappointed. The woman approaches the bar, and the bounty hunter tells the bartender to fix her a drink on him. He tells the young lady not to ask why; the color of her hair reminds him of a girl he once loved. His companions fall over. The especially short man, who calls him "boss", tells him that is corny, but the tall man tells him to be quiet, pouring a drink on his head. He grabs the man by his neck and explains that he has a weakness for girls like that. The boss insists that the lady should feel free to order a drink, so she asks the bartender for a glass of orange juice. As he prepares it, the wind continues to blow outside. He presents the drink to the lady, but as she picks it up, the wind blows inside the saloon, causing her hair to tickle her nose. She sneezes, and all of the men shrink back in alarm. The lady has transformed into the blonde villain, Lunch!
The especially short man is the first victim, knocked against the saloon wall. The short partner is the next to succumb to her kick, and the bartender grabs his gun, but Lunch has her machine gun at the ready. She opens fire at the drink racks behind him, shooting the bottles one by one, and the bartender cowers on the floor. Even the boss has been felled, and the short partner is stuck in a wall, but Lunch ignores them all as she departs the saloon.
Kuririn is urinating on a frog when Goku approaches him, asking why he is not finished yet. Kuririn begs him not to look and to get away from him. As they depart on Kinto'un, Goku says he thinks it should be okay to see if he has a winkie or not, but Kuririn insists that it is not okay. Meanwhile, Lunch waits on a cliff near a train track as a train approaches. Revving up the engine of her scooter, she drives it over the edge of the cliff and dismounts, standing in the train's path with a bazooka. As the train gets closer, she aims, waiting for it to get closer. At point-blank range, she fires, causing the train to brake and then derail. She hops inside a train car and then quickly exits, while a man inside the train calls the police to let them know that Lunch just attacked. Lunch takes off on her scooter.

Goku and Kuririn are flying nearby on Kinto'un. Kuririn points out that they are in an area with no people again. Goku asks why the old man prefers a pichi-pichi gal, and Kuririn asks him if he would not prefer his fish to have some pichi-pichi spring to them. Goku asks if the old man is going to eat her, and Kuririn suddenly seems unsure. Meanwhile, two police cruisers pursue Lunch's scooter through the hills, ordering her to stop, or they will shoot. She does not stop, so they shoot, but she dodges and pulls the pin from a grenade with her teeth, tossing it back at them. They keep coming, so she takes her scooter up a cliff face and lands in another valley. The police stay hot on her tail, so she takes out a shotgun and aims at them, but then her hair tickles her nose, and she sneezes, crashing the bike. The suddenly pure-hearted girl yelps in surprise.
Goku looks around and realizes there really is no one around now, and Kuririn tells him there is no reason for a pichi-pichi gal to be hanging out in a place like this. He tells Goku to go back, so Goku turns around. Meanwhile, the police nervously order Lunch to surrender; she is under arrest. She asks who they are and what they are doing, and the police believe she is playing dumb. She asks what she is supposed to have done, and one of the officers tells her they are not fooled by her disguise, holding up a pair of handcuffs. She screams, and Goku looks down from Kinto'un. Kuririn says he thinks he heard someone calling for help. They fly over, and see the girl being accosted on the ground. Goku thinks they should help her, and Kuririn concedes that they would look cool if they did, he points out that those guys have guns, and maybe they are not up to that kind of challenge just yet with their skills. They should mind their own business. Goku disagrees, and he takes Kinto'un down.

Part B
Kuririn yells as Goku makes a quick descent on Kinto'un toward Lunch, the damsel in distress. The police are surprised to see these interlopers. Kuririn runs away as Goku announces he is here to help that girl. While the police stutter in response, Kuririn leans out from behind a rock to inform them that he is not involved in this rescue mission; only Goku is responsible for what happens. An officer points his gun at Goku, telling him that if he interferes, he will get arrested too despite being a child. Goku smiles and attacks, quickly disarming the officer and kicking him in the chin. The other officer does not have time to react before Goku knocks him out, his gun misfiring into the sky. Goku is disappointed that they were so weak, and Lunch thanks him profusely for saving her. Kuririn steps out from his hiding place and assures her it was nothing. Goku asks Kuririn if the old man will like this girl, so Kuririn looks her over and decides that she is a fine specimen indeed.

They all board Kinto'un and head back to Kame House. Kuririn looks back to appreciate their conquest. Lunch asks where they are going, and Goku tells her they are going to old man Turtle Hermit's house. She repeats them name, and Goku confirms she has it right. Then Kuririn decides it would be nicer to hold on to Lunch than Goku. They arrive at Kame House, and Lunch thinks it is a nice place. Kuririn is happy to hear she likes it, and Goku goes to the front door to announce they brought back the pichi-pichi gal. The old man does not answer, so Kuririn suggests that maybe he is using the lavatory (お手洗い). Goku asks what that is, so Kuririn tries to tell him discreetly that it is a bathroom, but Goku blurts out that the old man is taking a crap, and that he will go tell him to hurry. Kuririn apologizes to Lunch for Goku's vulgarity. She asks why they have brought her here, and if there is something they want her to do, but Kuririn tells her she does not need to do anything; she just needs to stay here for a while, since they are all men, and that gets kind of boring. Lunch says this works out for her, since she is being pursued. Kuririn takes the opportunity to ask why there were guys dressed like police after her. She tells him they were real police, and Kuririn is nonplussed.
Goku tries to rouse the Turtle Hermit from the bathroom, telling him they brought him a girl. The old man flushes the toilet and emerges, telling Goku not to talk about such things so loudly. Goku holds his nose against the stench wafting out of the bathroom. Meanwhile, Kuririn asks Lunch why she was being chased by the police, and she tells him that judging by the amount of money in her bag, she might have robbed another bank.

The Turtle Hermit approaches the window, skeptical that Goku managed to bring back the real deal this time, but Goku tells him that Kuririn approved of her, so he takes a look. Lunch wonders if maybe it was actually a train robbery. Kuririn laughs and tells her she is taking the joke too far; there is no way she could do something like that. He believes she must be the daughter of a rich family. Meanwhile, the Turtle Hermit feasts his eyes, finding every part of Lunch to be quite interesting. Lunch tells Kuririn that when she sneezes, her personality completely... The Turtle Hermit leans out the window and greets her quite over-enthusiastically, then he congratulates Goku and Kuririn on a job well done. Lunch tells the old man that he startled her. Kuririn asks him what he thinks; her face has a childish look, but her body is plenty stacked. Muten Rōshi agrees, and accepts the boys as his pupils, much to their excitement.
The Turtle Hermit ventures outside to greet the girl, thanking her for coming. She tells him she is pleased to meet him and introduces herself. She is thankful that his grandsons saved her from a tight spot. The old man is impressed that the boys saved her; she thanks them again, and Kuririn tells her it was nothing. The Turtle Hermit insists that they are not his grandsons, though; they are his younger brothers! Everyone falls over. The old man laughs and tells Lunch he was joking; she tells him she knew that. He introduces himself as Muten Rōshi, also known as the Turtle Hermit; he is teaching these boys martial arts. Lunch thinks this explains why they are so strong; he laughs and wonders if he has already been of service, but Goku reminds him that he has not taught them anything yet. The old man turns his attention back to Lunch, asking her if she would like to take a bath with him some time. He quickly amends his request; he only wants her to live the quiet life with him for a while. Lunch looks around, and tells him that if she is not in his way, she would make that request herself. He tells her not to be silly; she can stay there for the rest of her life if she would like. Then he dances to celebrate his good luck.

Muten Rōshi asks Lunch if she would like to learn martial arts as well; she thinks this sounds fun, but she doubts whether a girl like her could keep up. The old man assures her that she does not have to train to the max; she can take it easy and just do what is needed to stay in shape. Kuririn tells her she is lucky; Muten Rōshi is a household name among martial artists because he is the greatest in the world. Lunch exclaims that she did not know he was such a person; the old man confirms that this is true, but it embarrasses him. Goku tells him to hurry up and train them, but the old man ignores him, telling Kuririn he is a good lad. Then he rushes into the house. When he reemerges, he has clothing boxes under his arm. He hands one to Lunch and tells her to change into their uniform. Lunch sets the box on the round and moves to take off her top, and Kuririn nervously asks her if she is going to change right there. Lunch supposes she had better change inside, and then the Turtle Hermit chastises Kuririn for saying too much, threatening to send him home. He tells the boys to change into their uniforms, too, and Goku protests that he does not want to wear this, but the old man says he will not train them if they complain. Kuririn agrees, and encourages Goku to change clothes.
Lunch emerges from the house in her "uniform", remarking that it looks like underwear, but the old man tells her it is the wardrobe of his Eternal Turtle School. Lunch falls to the ground. Kuririn cannot believe he is playing this joke. The Turtle Hermit announces that it is time to begin the training, but just then, a fly begins to harass him. He swats it away, and it flies toward Lunch, tickling her nose. She warns everyone to run away, and then she sneezes, transforming into blonde Lunch. She wonders where she is, and whether this is a prison, and who the hell are these guys?! She cocks her machine gun and begins firing at them. They dance to avoid her bullets, but then her hair tickles her nose again, and she sneezes one more time, perplexed to find herself holding a gun. She apologizes, explaining that every time she sneezes, her personality changes. She asks if she did anything bad, but the bullet-ridden old man assures her that she did not. Kuririn is dazed, and Goku took his share of bullets as well. Now that Lunch has joined the Kame House crew, what will happen next?!
