Summary
Summary
Goku steps into the ring, while everyone looks on with interest. Cell puts his arms down at his side (he'd had them crossed), and says this will be very fun, while Goku takes his own stance. Trunks thinks they'll finally see why Goku has been so strangely calm. The announcer tells the world that Mister Satan is taking a break, and during his break, someone of the unknown group will be fighting. Then he asks Satan his thoughts on this unknown competitor, and Satan says he looks like an amateur with that stance. Satan says while he could defeat Cell in two seconds, that guy (Goku) probably won't last five seconds.
Cell tells someone to hurry up and get in the ring, and Satan says of course he is going first. Goku warns Satan he will be killed, and he should stop, but Satan ignores him, while the announcer tells the cameraman to go over to the idiot over there. The reporter tells the world what this person just said to the world champion Mister Satan, and people watching around the world think Goku is an idiot. At King Castle, the King is watching. The King thinks that man looks just like the boy who saved the world from the Demon King Piccolo. But his hair and eye color are different, so it must not be him. However, someone else among them looks just like the Demon King Piccolo. Kuririn tells Goku not to worry, since they can just return him to life with the Dragon Balls, and Goku realizes it is no use trying to warn him. Goku waves at them that it is okay, and the announcer figures he realizes how great Satan is after all.

Cell says to come on, and so Goku rushes forward. Cell blocks a kick and a punch, and then Goku ducks a strike from Cell. The two of them exchange a few blows, until Goku backflips away. Cell flies forward, head first, but Goku puts up his arms to block it. Cell prepares to hit Goku, but Goku instead kicks Cell up into the air. Goku follows him, launching a Kamehameha along the way, but Cell just swats it away. Goku then appears behind Cell and punches him in the back, and Cell gets pissed and punches Goku in the face, then knocks Goku back down into the ring. Goku stops himself from landing hard, as Cell lands too. Cell says that's enough warming up, as Satan and the announcer look on with dropped jaws.
Satan takes off his cape, then his championship belt, and stares down Cell for a bit. Then he pulls out a capsule and pops it open, and a big bag appears. He opens the bag, and pulls out a bunch of tiles. Fifteen of them, and he stacks them all. Satan concentrates, and then chops through fourteen of them. Goku and everyone have no words, while Cell thinks this guy is a real idiot. Satan tells him to look at those busted tiles - that will be him in one minute. Satan thinks this will be great for his popularity, with this even being recorded on video. Satan takes his stance, while the announcer goes on about the Cell Games starting, which will decide the fate of the world. Satan charges at Cell, and hits him in the face with his Dynamite Kick. He lets off a flurry of punches at Cell, until Cell finally swats him aside. Kuririn whispers to Gohan that he was actually kind of rooting for Cell on this one. Satan crashes into a nearby mountain, but somehow he is still alive. Kuririn looks disappointed. The world is shocked that Satan got a ring-out, and Cell says they will hurry and start the Cell Games now, and Goku steps up. Satan says he is just taking a break, next time he will get serious. Vegeta cannot believe Satan still does not realize how much greater Cell is than him.

"The Cell Game's Dead Weight?!" is the three hundred and ninety-sixth chapter of the Dragon Ball manga series by Akira Toriyama. It was first published in Japan in the 1992 #47 issue of Shueisha's Weekly Shōnen Jump.

Summary

Satan takes off his cape, then his championship belt, and stares down Cell for a bit. Then he pulls out a capsule and pops it open, and a big bag appears. Satan thinks this will be great for his popularity, with this even being recorded on video.
