"A Hero is Lost?! Vegetto is Absorbed" is the two hundred and seventy-second episode of the Japanese animated television series Dragon Ball Z. The episode first aired in Japan on Fuji TV on 26 July 1995, receiving a ratings share of 14.3%. It was written by Masashi Kubota and directed by Shigeyasu Yamauchi.
Synopsis
Now that he's been turned into a candy ball, Vegetto's in big trouble... or so you'd think, but it turns out he's still as strong as ever. Buu is beaten black and blue under the onslaught of the world's strongest candy ball. He hastily turns Vegetto back to normal. Buu has already taken so much damage that his regeneration can't keep up. Since Buu has no shot at victory, Vegetto tells him he'll give him 10 seconds to say his prayers. As a last resort, Buu absorbs Vegetto with his severed tentacle, but this is all just part of Vegetto's plan.
