"The Monster's Riddle is Solved" is the three hundred and sixty-third chapter of the Dragon Ball manga series by Akira Toriyama. It was first published in Japan in the 1992 #13 issue of Shueisha's Weekly Shōnen Jump.
Summary
"Ka... me... ha... me... ha!!!!" Piccolo freaks out that it is the real thing, and just barely jumps out of the way of the Kamehameha. However, while in mid-air, the monster jumps up behind Piccolo and grabs him, trapping his arms and legs. He drives his tail towards Piccolo's chest, but Piccolo turns away just enough for the tail to pierce his left arm instead. The monster was trying to kill him, and gets pissed he only got his arm. But he does not mind taking his powerful life extract instead, and starts sucking the life out of Piccolo's arm.
