Universe Eleven is called the "Universe of Justice". Their rank at the beginning of the Tournament of Power is No. 5 out of 12.[1] The universe is ruled by the Kaiōshin Cae, the God of Destruction Vermoud, and his attendant Angel Markarita.

Cae (カイ)
Cae is a gentle Kaiōshin with a strong sense of justice who values life.[1][2] He is known for being kind-hearted and taking everything positively.[3] Cae's name likely comes from the 界 (kai) in "Kaiōshin" meaning "world".[2] Additionally, many Kaiōshin appear to have been named after deities, and Caenus (カイネウス/Kaineusu) of Greek mythology is a possible source for this name, or one of any number of gods whose names begin with "Kai" or "Cae".[4] |

Vermoud (ベルモッド)
Vermoud has a strong sense of justice and never forgives evil. He gets fired up about the Pride Troopers' efforts to punish evils in Universe 11.[1][5] Vermoud's name is likely derived from vermouth (ベルモット/berumotto), an aromatized, fortified wine flavored with various botanicals. The character name adds a diacritic sign to the last syllable of the katakana used to write "vermouth" in Japanese, altering its pronunciation from "to" to "do". Vermoud's name pun follows the theme of Gods of Destruction and Angels being named after alcoholic beverages.[4] |

Markarita (マルカリータ)
Markarita always gives candid advice to her Kaiōshin and God of Destruction, who are insufficiently strict.[6] She is characterized by her use of the odd expression "desumasu".[7] Markarita's name is likely derived from "margarita" (マルガリータ/marugariita), a cocktail consisting of tequila, triple sec, and lime or lemon juice, often served with salt or sugar on the rim of the glass. This name pun follows the theme of Gods of Destruction and Angels being named after alcoholic beverages.[4] |

Toppo (トッポ)
Toppo is the leader of the hero team "Pride Troopers", the guardians of peace in Universe 11. A hot-blooded and gigantic warrior of Justice, he is so strong that he has even been scouted as a candidate for the next God of Destruction of his universe.[9] Toppo's name is likely an anagram of the katakana transliteration of "pot" (ポット/potto). |

Jiren (ジレン)
Jiren is Universe 11's strongest warrior. Although he is silent and cool, he boasts fearsome strength said to reach the realm of a God of Destruction.[3] Jiren's name is likely an anagram of the katakana transliteration of "range" (レンジ/renji), used specifically to refer to a stovetop. |

Dyspo (ディスポ)
Dyspo is the raid-commanding officer of the Pride Troopers. A super-fast warrior, he is able to instantaneously increase his movement speed thousands-fold.[3] Dyspo's name is likely derived from the katakana rendering of "disposal" (ディスポーザー/disupōzā), used specifically to refer to a food disposal system attached to the drain of a kitchen sink. |

Vuon is a warrior resembling a dinosaur. In the Tournament of Power, he attempted to restrain the berserk Kale, but was launched out of the ring.[3][10] Vuon's name is likely an anagram of the katakana transliteration of "oven" (オーブン/ōbun). The vowel elongation (ー) follows the ブ/bu syllable rather than the オ/o syllable. |

Kunsi generates tough threads of ki from both hands which paralyze his opponent. In the Tournament of Power, he is blown out of the ring by Hit's Time Skip.[3][11] Kunsi's name is likely an anagram of the Japanese transliteration of "sink" (シンク/shinku). |

Tupper (タッパー)
Tupper is capable of hardening his body and freely adjusting his body weight. In the Tournament of Power, he was cornered by No. 18 at the edge of the martial arts stage, and dropped out by his own weight together with the crumbling floor.[3][12] Tupper's name (タッパー/tappā) is the standard way to refer to Tupperware in Japanese.[13] |

Cocotte is the sole female of the Pride Troopers. She uses the 'Cocotte Zone' technique, which imprisons her opponents in another dimension. In the Tournament of Power, she was thrown out of the ring by No. 18.[3] Cocotte's name is likely taken from the French word cocotte, a type of casserole dish, or a "Dutch oven". |

Kettle is a warrior who manipulates points of light. He showers opponents with a rapid-fire attack in which countless points of light rain down from the sky.
