"A Rematch With Formidable Enemies! Tullece and Bojack!" is the twenty-third episode of the Japanese promotional animated web series Super Dragon Ball Heroes and the third episode of the Universe Creation arc. This episode was released directly to the web on 22 May 2020. The episode was written by Atsuhiro Tomioka and directed by Masanori Satō.

Synopsis

Goku and the others give chase to Fu under Toki Toki's guidance. On the planet they arrive at, formidable past enemies, strengthened by Fu's power, block the way. At the same time, Goku: Xeno and the others, conducting their own mission, encounter a mysterious man going by the name of "Dr. W"…[1]
