"Panic at the Barbershop (Part 2)" is the twenty-fourth chapter of the Dr. Slump manga series by Akira Toriyama. It was first published in Japan in the 1980 #28 issue of Shueisha's Weekly Shōnen Jump.
This chapter was published as the twenty-third chapter in all collected volumes. The twenty-second chapter, "The Tale of Donbe", was moved to Dr. Slump Tankōbon Volume 3 in order to keep this and the following two-part stories together, and all subsequent collected volumes followed suit though it was not necessary to achieve the same effect.
