"The Arale Family Is All Here!! Who is Queen Millennia?!・Huh?! Penguin Village in the TV Jack" is the first television special of the Japanese animated television series Dr. Slump: Arale-chan. The special first aired in Japan on Fuji TV on 22 July 1981 as part of a Queen Millennia crossover special. The special was written by Shun'ichi Yukimuro and directed by Masayuki Ōzeki.
The special catches up Queen Millennia fans on Arale's story and then adapts a two-part story from the Dr. Slump manga: Chapter 23: "Panic at the Barbershop (Part 1)" and Chapter 24: "Panic at the Barbershop (Part 2)".
