"The Ultimate Godslayer! Hearts is Born!" is the seventeenth episode of the Japanese promotional animated web series Super Dragon Ball Heroes and the tenth episode of the Universal Conflict arc. The episode was released directly to the web on 27 October 2019. The episode was written by Atsuhiro Tomioka and directed by Takao Kiriyama.

Synopsis

At last, Hearts has completed his evolution into his ultimate form. Jiren and Hit have arrived to aid Goku and co., and together they launch an all-out attack! The curtain rises on a showdown for the fate of the universe!^[1]
