  1. The "Me Back Then" bonus chapter in Dr. Slump volume 5 gives the robot's name as Robotoriyama.
  2. Daizenshuu 7 incorrectly states that Tori-bot first appeared in Dragon Ball Chapter 480.
  3. Tori-bot is voiced in Dragon Ball Episode 3 but is not credited. He remarks about not being in Penguin Village, a reference to that character's appearances in Toriyama's previous Dr. Slump manga.
  4. Tori-bot's line in Dragon Ball Episode 3 is replaced by a bird-like mumbling sound. A voice actor is not credited for the part.
