Summary

Majin Boo fires at Moro with a blast from his head antenna. Moro dodges, and then Boo jumps on him, punching his face repeatedly with both fists. On the sidelines, Goku cheers Boo while Merusu continues to be amazed at his strength. Moro screams, firing a blast from his mouth and taking off Boo's head. Jaco panics, but then Boo regenerates his head at the end of his right arm, sticking it in Moro's face before punching him with the left. Moro goes flying. Jaco thinks Boo's way of fighting is unconventional, and Vegeta is just happy that his absurd abilities are on their side this time. Goku says he has not seen Boo fight in a long time, but he thinks that Boo has gotten a lot stronger. Merusu suggests that maybe unlocking his memories somehow unleashed his latent potential, but he would not have expected it to be to this extent.

As Boo dominates the fight, Moro regrets that he does not have full access to his magical powers and that he has not yet been able to completely devour this world. Angry, he powers up and yells that he will never lose to Boo, but Boo is not impressed with his excuses. He grows four extra arms and attacks again, beating Moro into the ground. Goku thinks Boo is winning, and Merusu agrees, but he reminds Goku that Moro still has his magic so they should be on guard for his tricks. Then he shouts out to Boo, reminding him to use "that technique" before it is too late. Boo happily agrees while his detached fists continue to pummel Moro. Jaco wonders if there is anything Boo cannot do. Boo uses his detached fists to pin Moro to the ground and prepares to use the magic-stealing technique. Moro recognizes the technique and panics, but...

Suddenly, the sky goes dark. Everyone looks up, and Jaco wonders if this planet has an abrupt nightfall, but Goku and Vegeta know what is happening. Far away, Porunga appears before Cranberi, who has killed Muri's attendant, beaten Muri himself to the edge of death, and captured Esca in some sort of mind control device in the form of a visored helmet. Muri curses, and Cranberi turns around to blast him with a gun, finishing the job. He boasts that he was once an elite trooper in Freeza's army.

Meanwhile, Goku and Vegeta have finally spotted the glow of Porunga in the distance. Merusu wonders what is going on, and Goku says Moro's friend must have summoned the dragon. Vegeta realizes he cannot sense Muri and the others. The spectacle has the attention of both Boo and Moro.

Porunga asks Cranberi to state his wish, telling him he will grant any three wishes within his power. Cranberi first asks to be healed, which is translated into Namekian by Esca and then granted. Goku tells Vegeta to hurry up; they have to prevent him from making any wishes. They rush to the site, and Moro uses telepathy to speak to Cranberi, ordering him to wish for him to regain his full magical power. Cranberi hesitates, and Moro asks him why; the two Galactic Patrol members he was so worried about are headed for his location, so he must hurry. Cranberi asks him, what about his wish? Moro reassures him that the third wish is his; he only cares about the one wish. He promises that he will hunt Cranberi down if he crosses him now, so Cranberi makes the wish. Esca translates it, and Porunga grants it.

When Moro realizes that the wish has been granted, he immediately escapes from Boo's restraints. On the way to Porunga, Goku and Vegeta feel the resurgence of Moro's ki. On the battlefield, Moro rises in a geyser of flame and then disappears faster than anyone can see. Moro speeds past Goku and Vegeta, knocking them to the ground on the way. Vegeta does not know what hit him, but Goku tells him it was Moro. They resume their flight to Porunga, who asks Cranberi for his third wish.

Cranberi is excited to finally be able to make his wish, and he starts to ask Porunga to find an outlying planet for him where Freeza's army, the Galactic Patrol, and Moro will not be able to find him, and send him there. But before Esca can translate the wish, Moro's arm impales Cranberi's chest. Cranberi curses Moro, who tells him he did well before removing his arm and ending Cranberi's life. Moro explains that he has a second wish of his own, so there are none left for Cranberi. He picks up the translation device, and asks Porunga to confirm that there is one wish remaining. Porunga confirms, and Moro wonders if Porunga will be able to grant this wish.

Back at the battlefield, Iriko brings the Galactic Patrol ship down and tells everyone to get in; he can track Moro's ki from the ship. Merusu, Boo, and Jaco get in, and they take off. Meanwhile, Esca translates Moro's final wish, and Porunga grants it. Moro drops the translation device, and Esca falls to the ground. Iriko spots Porunga, and Jaco wonders what kind of monster that is. Merusu tells them it is probably the wish-granting dragon. Just then, Porunga goes back into the Dragon Balls, and they scatter across the planet, inert.

Goku and Vegeta catch up to Moro just as Porunga disappears, and they realize they are too late. Moro informs them that indeed, his wishes have just been granted. Goku asks if Moro killed the Namekians, and says they will not let him get away with that, but Moro tells them that Cranberi is the one who killed them. Goku asks if he killed his own man, then, and Vegeta asks what he wished for. Moro thinks they already know his first wish; Vegeta surmises it was to have his magic restored, and Moro confirms. Goku demands to know what else he wished for, but Moro only tells him he will know soon enough.

The Galactic Patrol ship arrives at the scene, and Moro asks if Dai Kaiōshin and his companions have caught up. Then he says he has no more need to battle them, and bids them farewell. In a geyser of flame, he disappears. Goku wonders where he went, and Vegeta asks if he can suppress his ki now. Moro is hiding on a cliff above them; when he realizes he is safe, he takes off, jumping from hill to hill. Merusu disembarks and asks where Moro went; Goku explains the situation, but Boo says he is still here. His magic power is back, but he does not have much strength, so he will probably try to eat the rest of the planet. Boo turns his attention to Esca, healing him. Unfortunately, he cannot heal the others; they are dead.

The planet begins to shake, and Moro realizes Moro is going to try to eat the entire planet at once. Vegeta is alarmed that he is doing it much faster than he before. Then Boo reaches out and puts a hand on both their shoulders, restoring them to full strength. They thank Boo, and he bows to acknowledge them, and when he raises his head, his face has changed. Merusu wonders if that could be Dai Kaiōshin. He tells them that it is a pleasure to meet all of them, and he will be taking Boo's place until Moro is defeated. They still have time to confront him before he devours the planet. Goku reaches out his hands to Dai Kaiōshin and Vegeta; they grab on, and he prepares to teleport. Merusu shouts at Goku to let him know that he will make the necessary precautions and follow them with the ship. He also warns them to be careful of Moro's magic. Goku reassures him, and they depart. In their wake, Merusu says he has faith that they can do this.
