Summary

Elder Muri mourns the loss of the Savior of Namek, who was their final hope. Vegeta says that Moro has grown even more powerful than they thought, and Goku thinks he has probably been absorbing energy from the entire planet, including them. Vegeta is frustrated that all they can do is hide. Esca wishes his powers were stronger, but Goku tells him not to think like that; if not for him, they would be dead. Another Namekian thinks that Tsuburi's village must be doomed, and Moro will have four of the Dragon Balls. Goku asks how he is finding them, and Vegeta figures he is using the villagers' ki to find them, just like Freeza did. Goku thinks that, if this is true and he cannot detect the Dragon Balls directly, they should be okay if they suppress their ki; they are guarding the One-Star Ball. He tells Muri to let the survivors know that they should stay away from the villages and then at least they will not have to die for no reason. Muri agrees.

In Tsuburi's village, Tsuburi and all of his villagers are dead. Cranberi searches the huts for the Dragon Ball, wishing that one of the villagers had told them where it was, but none of them would talk. Just then, Moro realizes he can sense the Dragon Ball itself inside one of the huts, and he tells Cranberi to search there. Cranberi finds it, surprised to learn that Moro can sense the Dragon Balls. Moro suggests they head for the next one.

On Earth, Dende is staring off into space, so Mister Popo asks him what is wrong. Dende tells him that something terrible is happening on his planet. Just then, Piccolo arrives, telling Dende that he realized a few days before that Goku and Vegeta were no longer on the planet, and wonders if maybe they went to New Namek. Whatever is happening, it is not good.

Back on New Namek, a lone Namekian runs through a deserted area with a Dragon Ball, but he is attacked by Moro. Back on their ship, Moro and Cranberi have gathered six of the Dragon Balls. Cranberi thinks they are making good progress. Moro tells him the final ball is near where they first landed, so they head in that direction.

Muri presents Goku and Vegeta with copies of their old clothes; Goku tells them they are perfect, while Vegeta says that the Galactic Patrol symbol was not necessary. Goku says that once he recovers a little more, he will be able to teleport to Earth to get some senzu. Just then, Vegeta senses something approaching, and Goku senses it too; Moro is headed straight for them. The villager asks if Moro detected them, but Goku doubts it; there are other survivors all around the planet. Vegeta asks if he can sense the Dragon Balls directly, and the Namekians panic. Goku and Vegeta get dressed and Goku goes outside to face Moro. Muri is concerned that they have not fully recovered yet.

Before going outside, Vegeta wants to know something: how does Muri feel about him, since he killed so many Namekians in the past? Muri remembers the attack on Elder Tsuno's village, and tells Vegeta they do not easily forget things like this. Vegeta asks if he holds a grudge, and Muri answers that grudges only cause hatred and more conflict; Namekians know better than to indulge in such feelings. They only want one thing: to preserve peace on their world. Vegeta goes outside to meet Goku, and tells him to make restoring this planet his top priority if he survives, recognizing that it is unlikely that either of them will walk away from this fight. Goku agrees, but they have no choice but to fight.

When Moro arrives at the scene, he is surprised to see that Goku and Vegeta are still alive. Cranberi is less surprised; the Saiyans are pretty hard to kill. Moro is tired of them, though, and he resolves to kill them this time. When Goku and Vegeta notice Moro has arrived, they power up, but neither of them can transform at all. They move to attack anyway, and Cranberi panics when he sees them coming. But before they can reach Moro's ship, another ship appears between it and them. Iriko is the pilot, and Merusu steps out and clips the wings of Moro's ship, but before it can crash, Moro breaks through the windshield, flying upward. Merusu orders Iriko to take them up, and he dodges Moro's blasts until he gets close enough to attack with a special device on his wrist, enclosing Moro in a net. He pulls the net tight and drops Moro to the ground, and as Moro struggles, Merusu tells him that they developed this capture device just for him and he will not break free that easily.

Goku and Vegeta fly over to Merusu, and he tells them it is good to see them both in one piece. Cranberi watches from the wreckage of his ship, amazed that Moro has been caught. Goku asks Merusu if they are going to take Moro back to prison like that, but Merusu says the net will not hold Moro long. It is only a delay tactic. He shouts at Jaco to get "him" out here, and hurry; this restraint will not hold forever. Jaco struggles to push Majin Boo out of the ship, but he manages it. Boo plops onto the battlefield on top of Jaco, and Goku is surprised to see him. Jaco is struggling to wake Boo up; Vegeta is surprised that he has not woken up yet, but Jaco explains that he did wake up earlier, but he got motion sickness on the way here. Jaco takes the opportunity to yell at Iriko to learn how to drive.

Boo sits up and burps, so Jaco tells him to hurry up and seal the bad guy's powers. Vegeta is surprised that Boo managed to access Dai Kaiōshin's memories. Jaco tells him that the Galactic Patrol has a galactically licensed medium, hypnotist, and aromatherapist, so bringing back old memories is no big deal. Then Jaco notices Boo is walking the wrong way, and points him in the direction of Moro. Boo looks and sees Moro, and then tells Moro that he remembers capturing him a long time ago. Moro cannot believe this is Dai Kaiōshin; how could he still be alive? Boo starts to let off steam as he remembers all of his friends that Moro killed. Moro realizes it is really him, and starts trying to escape from his restraints; Merusu realizes he cannot contain him, and then Moro breaks free.

Moro and Boo face each other angrily, and Boo tells him that he is not going to let him bully everyone anymore. He powers up, shocking everyone with his power, especially Merusu, and then he charges Moro. Moro throws up a wall of flame, and Boo charges straight through it, unaffected, to punch Moro in the head. Boo charges again, and Moro punches through his gut, but then Boo grins as he frees himself and regenerates. Boo fires ki blasts from his mouth, and Moro guards his face. Merusu says he never thought Boo would be this strong, and Jaco says he is glad he did not make Boo mad. Merusu gathers a ball of Namek's energy over his head, and Goku recognizes the technique from when it was used on them before.[1] Moro tosses it at Boo, and Boo kicks it into the sky. Then he flies up to bop Moro on the head, sending him crashing to the ground. Goku cheers him on, and Vegeta asks him if he noticed that Boo is not losing any energy. Moro's technique must not work on him. Goku realizes he is right. Moro asks Boo how he came by such abilities, and Boo laughs.
