"Send Kamioren Flying! Overwhelming! Ultra Instinct!" is the fifteenth episode of the Japanese promotional animated web series Super Dragon Ball Heroes and the ninth episode of the Universal Conflict arc. The episode was released directly to the web on 04 September 2019. The episode was written by Atsuhiro Tomioka and directed by Takao Kiriyama.

Synopsis

Displaying extraordinary power, the ultimate form of Kamioren rampages. Facing this crisis, Goku utilizes Ultra Instinct and overwhelms Kamioren in battle. But just when the fight is about to be over, Hearts appears to have a secret plan...[1]
