"Send Kamioren Flying! Overwhelming! Ultra Instinct!" is the fifteenth episode of the Japanese promotional animated web series Super Dragon Ball Heroes and the ninth episode of the Universal Conflict arc. The episode was released directly to the web on 04 September 2019. The episode was written by Atsuhiro Tomioka and directed by Takao Kiriyama.
Synopsis
Displaying extraordinary power, the ultimate form of Kamioren rampages. Facing this crisis, Goku utilizes Ultra Instinct and overwhelms Kamioren in battle. But just when the fight is about to be over, Hearts appears to have a secret plan...[1]
Summary
Goku faces Kamioren with the power of Ultra Instinct Sign. Kamioren tries to punch him, but he dodges. Then Kamioren tries to fire a mouth blast, but Goku kicks they between the eyes before they can fire. Everyone else crawls out of the rubble. Hearts and Zamasu watch calmly from the sidelines. Kamioren fires another mouth blast, and Goku pushes it back to explode in their face. Kamioren attacks with punches, but Goku dodges and kicks them in the face and again on top of the head. Kamioren fires another mouth blast; Goku takes it head-on and emerges from the smoke in the proper Ultra Instinct form. He appears in front of Kamioren's face, blasting them at point-blank range. Kamioren tries to attack again, but Goku dodges, eventually grabbing Kamioren by one of their antennae and tossing them to the ground.
Kamioren gets up and tries to attack again, but Goku kicks them in the face, attacking with scatter fire. Piccolo joins this attack, letting everyone know that Goku's power is waning and they need to finish this. While they attack, Goku charges a Kamehameha; he fires it directly at Kamioren's chest crystal, cracking it. Then he punches the crystal, finishing the job. Kamioren's body breaks apart, the pieces flying everywhere. Goku loses his transformation and falls, but Piccolo and Trunks catch him.
In the fire of Kamioren's remains, something is sparkling. Hearts calls this sparkling thing to him, telling everyone it is the completed form of the Universe Seed, with all of that power condensed inside it. He asks them if it is not beautiful. Then he thanks Kamin and Oren, telling them their sacrifice will not be in vain. The seed begins to glow, and then a tempest is raised around Hearts. The cubes surround him, while Goku and co. and blown away. Zamasu says it is finally time for Hearts's wish to come true. He has been waiting for this.
