OG73-I, occasionally referred to simply as "Seven-Three", is a fictional character in the Dragon Ball franchise, debuting as prisoner and escapee of the Galactic Patrol in the Dragon Ball Super manga-original "Galactic Patrol Prisoner arc" in chapter 50, albeit unnamed at first.

Biography

OG73-I, or simply "Seven-Three", is an emotionless (though capable of speech) artificial being, created on a planet with advanced technology. A killing machine with infinite stamina, he obeys his allies' orders. Seven-Three can copy the abilities of another person for thirty minutes simply by grabbing them by the neck; these abilities are just as strong as those of the user he steals them from, which just adds on to his own impressive strength. While Seven-Three can hold three sets of identities in stock, he can only use one at a time. Seven-Three is part of a gang of criminals led by Saganbo who rampaged around the galaxy before they were ultimately capture by Merusu of the Galactic Patrol.

Dragon Ball Super

When Moro's third wish on Namek lets loose all convicts locked up at the Galactic Prison, Seven-Three groups up with Shimorekka, Yunba, Koiter, Yuzun, and others under the command of Saganbo. The group travels to Namek, where the lesser underlings do battle with Son Goku and Vegeta until Moro begins sapping their energy. Saganbo promises to lead Moro to planets with lots of energy, and to send his men to do a bit of scouting.

A few days later, Seven-Three accompanies the group to Planet Zoon, where they proceed to incapacitate the race and steal the planet's treasure. As one of the planet's inhabitants attempts to shoot the group, Seven-Three uses an eye blast to kill him, and then proceeds to let loose a flurry of blasts. Saganbo tells him to stop, noting that a higher body count means less energy for Moro; Seven-Three quietly obeys and floats back up to their spaceship.

Having received an update from the Macareni Gang, Seven-Three continues to accompany Saganbo and the others, now en route to Earth. While the others have not heard of the planet, Seven-Three describes "Planet 4032 Green-877", the third planet from its star in the outskirts of the northern section of the galaxy, as a planet still in the developmental stage and of little value; this data, however, is from before they were arrested by the Galactic Patrol and may be out of date. Still en route to Earth, the group makes a pit stop on an unnamed planet, as Yunba is hungry. While Yunba and Shimorekka gorge themselves, Seven-Three incapacitates a race of porcupine-looking aliens. Holding one up by the neck to act as a shield against a needle attack, Seven-Three copies their attack, spouting spines along his back and unleashing a needle attack of his own. Seven-Three looks to the side and sees an adult making a portal for a child to escape into; the adult catches his eye and cries out in surprise. Moments later, Seven-Three arrives at God's palace on Earth with Yunba and Shimorekka in tow, as the face of the alien race flips across the large gem-like display on his forehead. Seven-Three notices the Macareni Gang captured to the side; as Shimorekka walks over to eliminate them per Moro's orders, Piccolo grabs his hand. From afar, Seven-Three calls up the alien race's abilities again, and appears behind Piccolo, grabbing him by the neck. Piccolo smacks his hand away, but Seven-Three retalities with a Makankōsappō, followed by a stretchy punch knocking Jaco off the palace grounds. Jaco attempts to help Piccolo, who is effectively fighting against someone with full replicas of his own powers, until Shimorekka swoops in to split them up. Piccolo and Seven-Three continues to trade equal blows, but Seven-Three's infinite stamina means Piccolo will not be able to wear him down. Piccolo does not think he will be able to last the thirty minutes that Seven-Three's copies will last, and as Piccolo looks to be taken over by another Makankōsappō, Son Gohan arrives and swoops him to safety.
