He can pull his arms and legs into his body and release a fire through the holes, propelling him and his rider through the air while spinning.

Buyon Japanese VA: Daisuke Matsubara (video games only) Buyon is the mysterious monster that lives on the fifth floor of Muscle Tower in Jingle Village. His elastic body makes him virtually immune to any of his victim's attacks. However, Goku realizes his one weakness is the extreme cold, and after freezing him, shatters Buyon into tiny pieces with a single kick.
