"Two Wishes" is the three hundred and twenty-third chapter of the Dragon Ball manga series by Akira Toriyama. It was first published in Japan in the 1991 #21/22 issue of Shueisha's Weekly Shōnen Jump.
Summary
Freeza is surrounded in an energy barrier, and he takes the Kamehameha head on. Goku puts more into it, but Freeza gets out of the Kamehameha‘s path. He flies down and hits Goku from the side, knocking him downward and he crashes into an underwater mountain. Elsewhere on Namek, the Namekians begin coming back to life. But they notice that the ground is trembling, the sky is dark, and wonder what exactly is going on. Freeza then celebrates his successful attack, and wonders if the sky has changed because the planet is about to explode. Back on Earth, Shenlong tells Mister Popo his wish has been granted and bids him farewell. Kaiō is excited that his plan has worked, and realizes that the Eldest and the Namekian Shenlong must be alive again since the sky is dark.
Sure enough, the Eldest wonders why he is alive, and Porunga is alive as well. But Kaiō needs to hurry and contact him. "The Eldest of Planet Namek, do you hear me? I am the Kaiō of the North Galaxy. I need you to listen well to what I have to say." Freeza continues wondering about the planet, until he notices Goku rising out of the water. He screams that he will do to Goku like what he did to that Earthling. Goku screams back, asking if he means Kuririn. In the meantime, Kaiō has informed the Eldest of everything, and they decide they will contact the nearest person to make the wish. But then someone interrupts them and says they need to change the wish — it is Goku. He tells them to change it to "everyone except Freeza and myself". Kaiō says he knows how he feels, but... Goku says he will hate Kaiō forever if he cannot finish this fight.
The nearest person is Dende, and the Eldest relays the wish to him, asking him to hurry, he will explain everything else later. Kaiō reluctantly agrees to Goku's wish. As Dende flies, the Eldest tells him the third wish is, "Move everyone, except Freeza and the Saiyan called Son Goku, to Earth". Gohan and Bulma are flying along, and also wonder about the sky. And Vegeta wonders how he is alive again. Then Dende reaches Porunga, who is getting impatient about the last wish, so Dende starts to ask it. Kaiō tells Goku to come back alive, as Freeza notices Porunga is back.
