"What's the Matter, Piccolo?! An Unheard-of No-Fight Forfeit" is the two hundred and fifteenth episode of the Japanese animated television series Dragon Ball Z. The episode first aired in Japan on Fuji TV on 02 February 1994, receiving a ratings share of 26.2%. It was written by Sumio Uetake and directed by Osamu Kasai.
Synopsis
First Kuririn appears in match #1. His opponent, Puntar, is a noisy man with a large body and impudent mouth. As expected, Kuririn easily defeats Puntar. Moving on, Piccolo confronts the man of mystery, Shin. Having sensed that Shin is no ordinary person, Piccolo is overwhelmed by mysterious power. Learning of Shin's power, which is on another level, Piccolo withdraws from the match without fighting.
