"Merged!! Vegeta's Pride and Goku's Rage" is the two hundred and sixty-eighth episode of the Japanese animated television series Dragon Ball Z. The episode first aired in Japan on Fuji TV on 28 June 1995, receiving a ratings share of 17.2%. It was written by Hiroshi Toda and directed by Osamu Kasai.
Synopsis
With Gohan having been absorbed by Buu, Goku is in a great pinch. At that time, a gigantic ki appears on Earth and Goku teleports to it. The ki turns out to belong to Vegeta. Goku begs Vegeta to merge with him through the potara, but Vegeta refuses. The two fight Buu with all they've got, but are no match for Buu's strength. Goku informs Vegeta that Buu absorbed Trunks and the others. Vegeta then resolves to merge with Goku, and through the power of the potara, the ultimate warrior Vegetto is born!!
